cropped-pak-logo-color-resized1.jpg We are one step closer to becoming a 501(c)(3)! What does this mean for all of us? This means that PAK will soon be able to accept donations from larger corporations and donations from members will soon be tax deductible.* PAK still remains powered purely by 100% volunteer work by our co-leaders and members. A sincere and very special thank you to PAK member, Diane Burks, Esq., Special Counsel from Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP for all of her legal counsel, guidance and pro bono work through this process. We are forever grateful! Getting started will require our supporters and parent member’s financial help! There are initial start-up and legal costs. We would sincerely appreciate your financial support in whatever amount you feel is appropriate. We have set up a PayPal link where you can donate securely on our website which is located at . Alternatively, you may mail a check payable to: Parents of Allergic Kids PO Box 1634 Indian Trail, NC 28079  *PAK Charlotte has filed as a non-profit. PAK’s 501(c)(3) tax exemption filing status is in process and pending. Once formal approval has been received, all contributions to PAK will be tax deductible retroactively to August 25th.
