March 24th at 2:30. We will meet at St. Matthew Catholic Church. 8015 Ballantyne Commons Parkway Charlotte 28277. Attn: Kids (10+) and Parents! We are so excited to announce this FUN event! Kids ages 10+ will get some time to interact with their food allergic peers through guided discussions moderated by a therapist AND learn mindfulness techniques with a yoga instructor. For all parents, we are offering guided discussions moderated by a therapist about positively handling food allergies, as well as time to chit chat and connect with other parents. Parents of children who are participating in the event must stay for the parent group, but it is also open to all parents, not just the ones who have children participating. A $5/family donation will hold your spot. http://www.pakcharlotte.org/donate Please also email email@example.com and let us know how many are coming and the ages of your children.
